About Us
This women transitional home facility was founded by Cynthia R Smith, who has been an ordained evangelist for the last 15 years and during those 15 years she has successfully headed up the Singles ministry for 7 years. My Sisters House, LLC is based out of Jacksonville, Florida. It's focus is serving and assisting the needs of homeless women with the necessary resources, support, and referrals that they need to gain self sufficient living in an atmosphere of dignity, integrity and respect. Believing that most adults have the necessary resources to achieve independent living, we call our guest (clients) into high accountability for their actions, Adults benefit from this philosophy and the entire community.
Our Mission
Our mission is to show every woman the love of God. We will strengthen, empower, and enrich the lives of homeless women who have been marginalized and underserved in our communities, by providing them with not only a warm and welcoming facility where they will feel at home but we will also provide them with helpful resources and referrals that are readily available for their use.
Our Vision
We at My Sisters House, LLC envision a world in where women, regardless of race, ethnicity, income level or social status, are valued , nurtured and empowered to reach their fullest potential.
